Before I imagined The Collective, I had done many things that established its foundation, even though I didn’t know it at the time. Most important was earning my master’s degree in strategic communication from Columbia University.
My career path quickly amped to marketing and corporate communication management. I wanted to use my newly minted skills to make a difference in my life and the lives of others. More specifically, I wanted to assist for-profit and nonprofit organizations to grow and excel with new approaches to success for their people, customers, products, partners – for all their stakeholders, the lifeblood of their existence.
